Care begins with a full psychiatric and clinical assessment, which becomes a written plan that changes as you progress. Each week includes individual therapy with a master’s-level therapist, trauma-informed therapy, and family therapy so the people at home understand the plan. Physician-led psychiatric care oversees medication, with genetic testing available to help guide choices. Before discharge, the team plans the next level of care.

Admissions can tell you which starting point fits.
Kingston is in-network with Optum and UBH plans, not including ACA marketplace plans. For other carriers, Kingston accepts out-of-network benefits, and for some HMO or EPO plans admissions may be able to request a single case agreement, a one-time contract between the insurer and the facility.
